Where I come from
I grew up in Bergen County, and I've lived in Hoboken, in Hudson County, for about 20 years. Real estate runs in the family: they've been in commercial real estate for decades, and I helped manage it.
In 2007 I started investing on my own with a condo rental in Hoboken. Many deals and flips have followed since. I don't put a number on them here.
North Jersey and the Jersey Shore are the markets I know best.
