How I run the numbers

How I run the numbers on every deal I send

Before a deal reaches your inbox, I've already looked at it from every angle I can. Here's how I think about it, and where you can see the work.

Why I look before I offer

I'm a working real estate investor in New Jersey. On every property, I wanted to see all the ways the deal could work before I made an offer. Most tools make you pick a strategy first, so I built the tool I wanted.

That tool is Appraize. I run every deal I send through it, and each deal email links you to the full analysis.

What Appraize does

Disclosure: I'm the founder of Appraize and I built it.

Enter any US address and Appraize models all 8 exit strategies: wholesale, fix and flip, BRRRR, buy and hold, subject-to, seller finance, lease option and novation. Comps from real MLS data, ARV, a repair estimate and a max offer for each.

Why you get the whole analysis

A price on its own asks you to trust me. The analysis lets you check me instead. Open it, compare it with your own read of the property, and decide whether the deal works for the way you buy.

If you'd weigh something differently, say so when you call. Those conversations are how two investors figure out whether a deal is real.

Try it on your own deals

Here's the tool I use: Appraize.ai.

You're on the list. When I have a deal in a market you buy in, it'll come with the full Appraize analysis attached. Questions? Text or call (201) 582-3553, or reply to any email I send.
