What the forms collect
The buyers-list form asks for your name, email address and phone number, the states and any cities or counties where you buy, your strategies, your price range, how you buy, and what you use to analyze deals now. If you give a phone number, there's a separate box for agreeing to deal alerts by text, and the form records whether you checked it.
The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and your message.
Both forms also record the page you sent them from.
Where it's stored and how it's used
Submissions are stored by this site's form host. I use what you send to email you deals in the markets you buy in, to send occasional notes on how I run the numbers, and to answer you when you write to me.
Checking the text box records your consent to deal alerts by text. Nothing is ever texted from this website.
How to be removed
To come off the list, answer any email from me with a request to be removed, or call or text (201) 582-3553. I'll remove you and stop sending.
